Pho Dzung Tan Dinh

Pho Dzung Tan Dinh Restaurant

What they say about Pho is true, the scummier the place the better. Pho Dzung Tan Dinh has become a regular haunt for me these days as I've grown accustomed to eating Vietnamese Pho every now and then. For those who don't know what Pho is it's a traditional Vietnamese thinly sliced meat and noodle soup. It's absolutely delicious so if you haven't had it already, get on board!

Pho Dzung Tan Dinh is littered among the countless other Vietnamese restaurants on Victoria St in Richmond and doesn't really impose itself at all. It surprised me to learn that there is a second Pho Dzung Tan Dinh located on Russel St in the city. For $8 I can't find a better Pho within Melbourne and it comes with all the typical garnishes you'd want (Lime, Bean shoots & Basil)

Phở

The service is what you'd expect... limited English and forgotten orders but it doesn't really matter as they are always really friendly and apologetic for their mistakes.

It's become one of my favorite places within Melbourne for a feed.

Integra Type R

I honestly didn't think that this would be so hard. Managing the application for the short term, small loan I need is becoming quite a problem as none of the major banks want to offer a 1 year loan or an early repayment plan without financial penalty. It's bullsh*t in my opinion.

Secondly, It would be easier to choose a relegion than to decide which car of the range of cars I've got to choose from. I am sold on two choices, an EP3R Civic or a DC2R Integra. But finding finding the right car is proving to be a major pain in the ass. Every car I've looked at so far has had some niggling problem, from a dimple in the paint, to a panel replacement, to a cracked taillight or something.

I guess it's to be expected with second hand purchasing, but this decision is so important that I have to make the right one. Trying to remain patient when all you want to do is just commit and get involved in something is such a test. If I keep reminding myself that the right car will come up for the right price then it's bound to happen.

All the Ingredients (apart from the Asahi)

I was feeling all a bit Gordon Ramsay tonight so I decided to cook some Oyster Chicken. I cook this dish every now and then so some people think that it's my signature dish but to be honest someone cooked it for me a while ago and ever since then I buy the ingredients and whip it up for someone. So credit does go to them for the recipe, it is ingeniously simply but delightfully different.

All you need is to cook one batch of fried rice with your choice of whatever you want in it and put cook some chicken wings. Once the wings are done, douse in Oyster Sauce, Raw Sugar and Lemon Juice. Serve with the rice, sliced shaved cucumber and you've got yourself one of the possibly the best chicken you've ever tasted. You can also serve with Prawns if your wanting to go all out.

Here is one I prepaired earlier

Let me know if you like it!
